Welcome to the Means of Verification (MOV) Dashboard, an official system of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). These Terms of Service govern your use of this digital platform for submitting, tracking, and managing verification documents in accordance with Philippine laws and DENR regulations.

By accessing or using this MOV Dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the MOV Dashboard, you represent and warrant that:

• You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and DENR regulations

• Track compliance with DENR reporting requirements
• Monitor submission deadlines across different reporting periods (Monthly, Quarterly, Semestral, Annual)
• Maintain secure records of all verification documents
• Provide real-time status updates on document submissions
• Generate compliance reports for DENR management

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the MOV Dashboard, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access to your account
• Using only official DENR email addresses for account creation
• Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized personnel

4.2 Document Submission

• Ensuring all submitted MOV documents are authentic and accurate
• Submitting documents within prescribed deadlines
• Following proper document formatting and naming conventions
• Not submitting fraudulent, misleading, or falsified information

4.3 Compliance with Laws

• Complying with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• Following DENR Administrative Orders and Circulars
• Adhering to the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792)
• Complying with the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (Republic Act No. 9485)

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the MOV Dashboard
• Using the system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reproducing, distributing, or disclosing confidential DENR information
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Violating any applicable Philippine laws or DENR regulations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The MOV Dashboard, including all software, content, and materials, is the property of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the MOV Dashboard without prior written authorization from DENR.
